The Board is reviewing our alumni engagement efforts by revisiting the National Alumni Association (NAA). Brother Jose Lara stepped down from both the Board and as NAA Chairman to focus on family. The Board expresses its gratitude for his leadership and service.
Big Wins
Alumni – The Alumni page on myODPhi was updated for clarity. Additionally, the NAA elected Board member Rudy Ramirez as NAA Chairman. Their leadership roster is as follows:
- Roy Ferritiz – Vice Chair
- Long Le – Treasurer
- Christian Jaramillo – Professional Intake Chair
Judicial – The Board ratified the new Judicial Code. Last updated over two decades ago, this long-overdue change modernizes Omega Delta Phi’s efforts toward fairness, consistency, and accountability.
Financial – All Active entities are registered as Active and In Good Standing (Active-IGS) with their respective states. Operating entities can maintain their bank accounts, are able to partner with local organizations, and are in compliance with our insurance.
Continued Changes
Alumni interested in the NAA may attend their next board meeting on November 17, 2025 at 7 PM CT — email chairman.naa@omegadeltaphi.org for details. The NAA is seeking members to fill its leadership.
Additionally, the National Judicial Board officially welcomes applicants to serve as Justices to support consistent adjudication across the Brotherhood. Requirements are in Appendix C of the Judicial Code.
The Board is implementing working committees to provide strategic guidance to the Fraternity. Among these is the Organizational Growth & Strategy (OGS) Committee, which will develop standardized, data-driven expansion processes nationwide come February.
