SEPTEMBER 2025

Following our successful and productive 2025 National Conference in Atlanta, GA, the Omega Delta Phi Board of Directors (BOD) Chairman initiated a Board restructure to realign and optimize its membership moving forward. This decision was guided both by the recent leadership transition and valuable feedback from the NEC, and general Fraternity membership during the conference.

Appointment to the BOD

Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc. proudly announces Nathan Morales’s appointment as Board Communications Chair.

A 2015 initiate of the Alpha Upsilon Chapter at the University of Florida, Morales has served in both operational and strategic roles – most recently as chief of staff in the Apodaca administration. Professionally, he brings experience from higher education, telecommunications, and technology, and currently serves as an administrator at a major New York nonprofit.

With a background in philosophy and over seven years advancing belonging initiatives, Morales continues to champion multicultural understanding and practice.

His term began September 1, 2025.

Reorganizing the BOD

To enhance the agility and effectiveness of the Board, we have reduced three positions from our count. This adjustment is part of our ongoing efforts to align the Board better with the organization’s evolving needs.

Those who previously held these positions are Jaime Noriega, Rodney Villafranca, and Joseph Tesoro.

We are deeply grateful for their leadership, dedication, and contributions to our Brotherhood. The reorganization in no way diminishes the impact these Brothers have had on Omega Delta Phi. We thank them profoundly for their service.
